This version of the Code of Conduct is a draft only and is subject to further changes pending the readings of the Lease Agreement for Retail Premises Bill in Parliament. The Code of Conduct (Second Edition) remains in effect and is voluntary until the publication of the Code of Conduct (Third Edition) and the passing of Lease Agreement for Retail Premises Bill.
