Max Loh
Chairman
Mr Max Loh was EY’s Asean and Singapore Managing Partner for many years before his retirement in July 2022. A Chartered Accountant by training, he led and managed the professional services practices, providing strategic leadership on market, operations and people development.
Max is currently the Chairman of the Competition & Consumer Commission of Singapore and a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of Enterprise Singapore and Building & Construction Authority. He also serves on the boards/councils of SPH Media Holdings Ltd, CapitaLand Ascott Trust, ISCA Cares Ltd., CPA Australia (Singapore Division) and the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Adrian Tan
Member
As Managing Director, Retail at Frasers Property Singapore, Adrian is responsible for driving the operational management and profitability of a portfolio of 12 malls in Singapore. This includes overseeing the leasing, marketing and operations aspects of retail mall management, as well as driving innovation, sustainability and partnership initiatives with various stakeholders.
He has been with Frasers Property since 2018. Before joining Frasers Property, he held key investment and asset management roles at other established real estate companies including CapitaLand Group, Ascendas-Singbridge Group, and NTUC Income. In addition to his core market experience in Singapore, he has also worked in overseas markets including Australia, Malaysia and India.
From 2006 to 2007, Adrian also represented Singapore as a Trade Counsellor in Singapore’s Embassy in Russia, in his capacity as Centre Director (Moscow) with Enterprise Singapore, formerly known as International Enterprise Singapore.
Adrian Tan Holds an Honours degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Ali Abbas

Mr Ali is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in Singapore’s food and beverage industry. He began his career in an operational role and progressively built deep industry expertise through years of hands-on experience. His strong operational foundation, combined with disciplined leadership, has enabled him to transform practical knowledge into sustainable business growth.
His entrepreneurial journey began with the establishment of an event venue and restaurant at Singapore Flyer, followed by the formation of The Landmark – A Gathering Place in 2013. The Landmark introduced a distinctive multi-cuisine dining and events concept, strategically positioned to serve diverse market segments with a strong focus on the Malay Muslim community. Today, it is widely recognised as a trusted destination for family gatherings, weddings, and corporate events, supported by consistent quality standards and operational excellence.
In 2018, Mr Ali expanded his portfolio with the opening of Royal Palm @ Orchid Country Club, offering a similar concept within a scenic golf course setting. In 2024, he further diversified into Middle Eastern and Turkish cuisine with the launch of Tarboush at Village Hotel Bugis, followed by Tarboush @ Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, as well as Go Tarboush, a grab-and-go takeaway kiosk located at Arab Street.
Beyond commercial success, Mr Ali places strong importance on corporate social responsibility. He works closely with Malay Muslim associations, mosques, and community organisations, supporting charitable initiatives through corporate Iftar events, community programmes, and fully sponsored Grand Wedding Celebrations.
At an industry level, Mr Ali serves as a Board Director of the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SMCCI) and a Management Committee Member of the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS). A principled and values-driven leader, he upholds ethical business practices and views success as a platform to develop people, build partnerships, and create meaningful, long-term impact for the wider community.

Bernard Ng

Bernard Ng is the Co-Founder of KC Group of Companies, a leading hair and beauty services group with over 200 service and retail outlets across Singapore and the region. He has played a key role in building and scaling multiple brands including kcuts, Clippers Barber, Kskin Facial, Smoovee Skin, Apgujeong Hair Studio, each focused on delivering high-quality, efficient, and affordable grooming and beauty services.
One of the group’s most notable successes is Kskin Facial, an express Korean facial brand launched in 2020 that has expanded to more than 60 outlets in Singapore, 18 in Malaysia, over 15 in the Philippines, and its first U.S. outlet in Atlanta. Ervin Yeo

Ervin Yeo is the Group Chief Strategy Officer at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for developing and executing CLI’s strategies globally. He is concurrently CEO, Commercial Management, China and Southeast Asia, responsible for CLI’s commercial and asset management business across China and Southeast Asia, which includes integrated development, retail, office, business park and logistics.
Previously, Ervin was Southeast Asia Managing Director for the Ascott Limited, the Group’s lodging arm, driving operational performance and business growth of properties in these countries. He was concurrently in charge of Strategic Planning for Ascott.

Jeannie Lim

Ms Jeannie Lim is Assistant Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Singapore, overseeing the Lifestyle & Consumer cluster. Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development. The agency works with committed companies to build capabilities, innovate and internationalise. It also supports the growth of Singapore as a hub for global trading and startups, and builds trust in Singapore’s products and services through quality and standards.
Before that, Ms Lim led the Singapore Exhibition and Convention Bureau in securing a strong pipeline of business events and ensuring Singapore’s position as a top international convention and meetings city. In 2017, she received the IMEX Academy Award (Asia Pacific) for her outstanding contribution to the meetings industry. Ms Lim was also previously Director of the Attractions and Tourism Concept Development divisions in STB, overseeing the master planning and development of key tourism zones and attractions.
Ms Lim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney and Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and Nanyang Technological University jointly. She also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Ms Lim was conferred the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2022.

Jesline Goh

Ms Jesline Goh has more than 20 years of extensive experience in real estate across the entire value chain from fund management, investment, development, asset management to leasing and property management. She has held senior positions at Singapore’s major real estate development and investment companies, including CapitaLand Group, Perennial Real Estate Holding Limited and UOL Group Limited. Most recently, she was the Managing Director – Development at The Lo & Behold Group where she was instrumental in creating the first creative lifestyle cluster New Bahru at Kim Yam Road Singapore.

Ms Therese Chew is a seasoned real estate and commercial management professional with over 20 years of experience in asset optimisation, leasing strategy, tenant engagement and marketing communications. In her current role as Senior General Manager (Commercial) at UOL Group, she oversees the Group’s retail and office assets in Singapore and the leasing portfolio in China, as well as the retail spaces under Pan Pacific Hotels Group which is the hotel subsidiary of UOL Group.
