With years of audit and business advisory experience, his clients span a broad range of industries including technology, food and beverage, construction, manufacturing, trading, hospitality, financial institutions and government concerns.

Max is currently the Chairman of the Competition & Consumer Commission of Singapore and a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of Enterprise Singapore and Building & Construction Authority.  He also serves on the boards/councils of SPH Media Holdings Ltd, CapitaLand Ascott Trust, ISCA Cares Ltd., CPA Australia (Singapore Division) and the Singapore Institute of Directors.

He has over 20 years of extensive experience in the acquisition, divestment and asset management of real estate assets across multiple sectors including retail, office and logistics/business parks, and is familiar with the S-REIT operating environment.

He has been with Frasers Property since 2018. Before joining Frasers Property, he held key investment and asset management roles at other established real estate companies including CapitaLand Group, Ascendas-Singbridge Group, and NTUC Income. In addition to his core market experience in Singapore, he has also worked in overseas markets including Australia, Malaysia and India.

From 2006 to 2007, Adrian also represented Singapore as a Trade Counsellor in Singapore’s Embassy in Russia, in his capacity as Centre Director (Moscow) with Enterprise Singapore, formerly known as International Enterprise Singapore.

Adrian Tan Holds an Honours degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

His entrepreneurial journey began with the establishment of an event venue and restaurant at Singapore Flyer, followed by the formation of The Landmark – A Gathering Place in 2013. The Landmark introduced a distinctive multi-cuisine dining and events concept, strategically positioned to serve diverse market segments with a strong focus on the Malay Muslim community. Today, it is widely recognised as a trusted destination for family gatherings, weddings, and corporate events, supported by consistent quality standards and operational excellence.

In 2018, Mr Ali expanded his portfolio with the opening of Royal Palm @ Orchid Country Club, offering a similar concept within a scenic golf course setting. In 2024, he further diversified into Middle Eastern and Turkish cuisine with the launch of Tarboush at Village Hotel Bugis, followed by Tarboush @ Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, as well as Go Tarboush, a grab-and-go takeaway kiosk located at Arab Street.

Beyond commercial success, Mr Ali places strong importance on corporate social responsibility. He works closely with Malay Muslim associations, mosques, and community organisations, supporting charitable initiatives through corporate Iftar events, community programmes, and fully sponsored Grand Wedding Celebrations.

At an industry level, Mr Ali serves as a Board Director of the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SMCCI) and a Management Committee Member of the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS). A principled and values-driven leader, he upholds ethical business practices and views success as a platform to develop people, build partnerships, and create meaningful, long-term impact for the wider community.

Before Domino’s Pizza, Inc, Benjamin spent 12 years at McDonald’s where he was most recently the Managing Director for the Singapore business. Benjamin serves as the President of Restaurant Association of Singapore and Council Member of Singapore National Employers Federation.

One of the group’s most notable successes is Kskin Facial, an express Korean facial brand launched in 2020 that has expanded to more than 60 outlets in Singapore, 18 in Malaysia, over 15 in the Philippines, and its first U.S. outlet in Atlanta. Its no-appointment, no-package model has disrupted traditional beauty practices and earned the Emerging Enterprise Award 2024 and the Singapore Prestige Brand Award – Promising Brand Overall Winner. KC Group is also an E50 Award recipient.

Bernard is a First Class Honours graduate in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. He serves on the boards of Franchising and Licensing Association (FLA) Singapore as Vice President, Focus on the Family as Director & Head of Finance Committee), Anglican Preschool Services as Director and is part of ITE DACUM, contributing to industry-relevant skills development.

A strong advocate for digitalisation and system-driven growth, Bernard has led the implementation of automated queue management, cashless payments, and standardised operations to enhance customer transparency and operational efficiency. His experience working closely with landlords and franchise partners provides him with practical insights into fair and sustainable tenancy practices.

A real estate veteran with over 30 years of experience, Ms Yah has held various leadership roles in asset management and property operations, overseeing a diverse portfolio of assets across Asia, Australia, the UK and the US. Prior to joining CDL, Ms Yah was Chief Operating Officer at Hiap Hoe Limited, where she was responsible for the leasing and operations for the group’s global portfolio of commercial, hotel and residential properties.

Ms Yah holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.

In his earlier roles, Mr Sim served as the head of Research at a leading real estate MNC and played a pivotal role in various real estate initiatives. Before transitioning to real estate research, he was a licensed real estate appraiser and has experience in property tax consultancy. Mr Sim was also a key member of a team who incepted and completed various private equity real estate funds in China and India.  He had also contributed to numerous research, feasibility and master planning

Mr Sim is also a well sought-after speaker for various forums and seminars organised by real estate developers, associations and financial institutions.

Before joining CapitaLand in 2015, Ervin worked in the Singapore public sector. Across his career, Ervin has been based in Tianjin, Shanghai, New York and Washington, D.C.

Ervin holds a degree in Ethics, Politics & Economics from Yale University, USA.

He brings experience from his roles in Far East Capital and Tetra Pak, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies from the University of Chicago

Since 2011, Mr Yeo has successfully repositioned FMAS into a knowledge-based organization to lead the neighbourhood business community. With its vision “To be the Champion for the Neighbourhood Business Community”, FMAS has created numerous interactive platforms for the retailers to meet, share experiences, exchange ideas and gained insight to distinctive business formulas of micro-business owners to face current challenges. From 2019 to 2023, Ms Lim was Assistant Chief Executive of the Singapore Tourism Board’s (STB) Policy and Planning Group, spearheading policy and strategy matters including strategic planning, incentive policy, human capital and sustainability strategies for the tourism sector. She also led industry development and regulatory efforts for hotels, cruises, travel agents and tourist guides, as well as the management of key tourism assets such as the integrated resorts, cruise terminals and MICE venues.

Before that, Ms Lim led the Singapore Exhibition and Convention Bureau in securing a strong pipeline of business events and ensuring Singapore’s position as a top international convention and meetings city. In 2017, she received the IMEX Academy Award (Asia Pacific) for her outstanding contribution to the meetings industry. Ms Lim was also previously Director of the Attractions and Tourism Concept Development divisions in STB, overseeing the master planning and development of key tourism zones and attractions.

Ms Lim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney and Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and Nanyang Technological University jointly. She also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Ms Lim was conferred the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2022.

Ms Goh graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration (First Class Honours) degree. She also completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, USA. Ms Goh is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

With more than 25 years of experience, Naresh has held senior roles across the region, including Managing Director of Guardian Indonesia and leadership positions in Jardine Schindler Group and Jardine Cycle & Carriage. His experience across Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia gives him deep insight into diverse retail markets. He holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and has completed an executive leadership programme at INSEAD.

Prior to his current appointment, Ping Soon was Chief Executive of the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech), the lead agency driving Singapore’s Smart Nation initiative and public sector digital transformation. He also held various positions in the Ministry of Manpower, National Security Co-ordination Secretariat, Ministry of Trade & Industry, Singapore Tourism Board, Contact Singapore (CS), and Economic Development Board (EDB). He spent six years in the United States working for CS and EDB.

He serves on the Board of SBF Holdings, SBF Connect, Singapore Business Federation Foundation, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, Global Compact Network Singapore and Singapore Pools. He is also a member of Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Singapore International Mediation Centre, NUS Institute of Systems Sciences, National Institute of Education Council and a fellow member of Singapore Computer Society.

He also serves as the Chairman of Singapore Tenants United For Fairness (SGTUFF), a MCCY-registered Co-operative and River Academy At Kallang, a MCCY-registered Charity catered towards the development of children to their fullest potential regardless of background.

Previously, Therese held senior leadership positions with major developers, managing developments at Perennial Singapore and spearheading regional marketing initiatives across China, India, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore during her tenure at CapitaMalls Asia.

She has worked in the Registry of Land Titles and Deeds and in the Competition Commission of Singapore and served on tribunals and committees such as the Appeals Board (Land Acquisition), the Military Court of Appeal and the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) Law Reform Committee.

She is a Deputy-President, Tribunal for the Maintenance of Parents and a Senior Mediator, Singapore Mediation Centre.
